Ms. Cara combines humor, heat and emotion in such way that its a struggle to stop reading because you're so captivated by the journey. A beautifully told story that follows Mason and Mimi on their journey to find themselves, each other and ultimately love. A wonderful read. On another note we need to find a way to turn Mason into a real boy then clone him several times cause...Yummmmmm! #ihaveacrushonafictionalcharacterMorganna Williams

I adore Aubrey Cara!Her characters are so much fun, and so realistic. They say things and crack me up, and make me wish I had said that.Holy cow, the sex was amazing! I knew it was going to be a well written story with amazing depth into the main characters. But I did not expect to be quite so turned on by some of their, behaviors. ;)Yummy office sex; quiet, hush, hush sex; make up sex, punishment and sex…Delicious!But the sex wasn’t forced into this book. It came naturally from two characters who had very specific needs, and desires.I loved that even though there was a lot of emotional depth behind Mimi and Mason’s past, it didn’t take over the story and make it dark or sad.It was done perfectly to add a layer of vulnerability for each of them.And there were plenty of hilarious moments to naturally offset some of the emotional scenes.Chasing a kid through a department store, while he is wearing underwear on his head?Being overheard while having sex in the boss’s office?Hehe, yep, Aubrey Cara knows how to dish out the fun!I absolutely loved these characters and loved this story.It was a great, all around well done book, that satiated all my needs.

The hero Mason is everything you could want in a man: sweet, giving, and all-around wonderful. Then in the bedroom, he becomes the strong man any woman with a half-alive libido would crave. Mimi is amazing as a single mom who wants love but fears it at the same time. Her son could easily steal the scenes he’s in, but somehow he doesn’t overwhelm Mimi and Mason. In short, the characters are perfect. I loved this book and can’t wait to see what Aubrey Cara comes up with next.
