0 of 0 people found the following review helpful. Just Weird Enough By Walker Long This is a light-hearted monster adventure featuring a troll under a bridge. The appearance of the troll is nicely described with extensive detail. That is really the focus of the story. This troll isn't the cute, little bushy-haired kind. But it isn't the horribly ugly and mindlessly violet kind either. He is somewhere in between. This troll is ugly, sure, but not oozing-slime-ugly. He is rough, but not spilling-guts-rough. He is more forceful than violent. Basically, he is just weird enough to be kinky, but not so weird that you want to vomit. The main character is a little flat - we find out her name and that she's horny and that's about it. But with this type of story, that's all you need to know. Also you should know this isn't really a full story - it's more of an introduction. There are two more books that presumably tell the rest of the story (including the delightfully titled "Troll House Morsels").

Short, but most of this genre type are, and there's barely any padding (reviews, sneak peeks, etc). (When in doubt, pick it up on KU for a quick read!) The majority of the word count really is story, and it's a good! Tessa has a fantastic sassy voice to her and the Troll is a sexy and clever - you get the feeling he's laughing about the whole thing but he'll make it worth your while anyways. There is a hint that there's a second book in the works and I'll be keeping an eye out for it.
