At the same time I order this book I ordered the Kaplen study guide as well. This one stands up to it. I think that this would have gotten a 5 star rating if I had not already had the Kaplen book. That being said I am not going to compare this book to the Kaplen one.This book breaks down how to take the test. It takes the test section by section about what you can expect from the test. Such as the verbal reasoning it breaks down the types of questions on test. It also explains how to approach each type of question. It also comes with a practice test at the end. I personally need a lot of practice for this test any practice I can get my hands on is welcome. I feel like this book has a more in depth look at how to tackle the writing section of the test. I would recommend this book as an intro to learning how study for this test. I do wish that it had more practice problems. I also have not yet taken the practice test, because I need a quite place that can do a run through. So, I might altar this review when I do. Other then that I can't wait to practice what I have learned.
